Each year at the annual meeting, SFN Managing Director Kelly interviews Marcus at ICS Australia, who makes meeting attendance a priority. At this year's meeting in Bali, Marcus here answers the question, 'Why are you still at SFN?' by citing the quality of the network members, and the service that his customers receive. Marcus states: "We know that if we put a shipment in the hands of a fellow SFN member, it's going to get done on time, and on budget." Marcus then comments on the importance of trustworthy partners when you are working from different time zones: "It gives us the peace of mind that they're taking care of things while we're sleeping."

SFN Owner Kelly says, "It's very important to me that the turnover of members isn't super high at SFN - we have so many happy members who renew every year, and we love having these loyal companies with us long term. Marcus is a great example of a loyal member who has put a lot in to the network, and consequently gets a lot out of it."
