Already ISO 9001:2008 qualified since 2013, Specialist Freight Networks has now achieved the most recent ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The independent assessment of SFN was conducted by the leading Certification Body, the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrates SFN’s commitment to customer service and quality in delivery. Being ahead in in transitioning from one standard to the other clearly shows SFN's resolve to be super efficient and continue to operate as a leader in the field.

The website states: "The latest edition of ISO 9001, ISO's flagship quality management systems standard, has just been published. This concludes over three years of revision work by experts from nearly 95 participating and observing countries to bring the standard up to date with modern needs. With over 1.1 million certificates issued worldwide, ISO 9001 helps organizations demonstrate to customers that they can offer products and services of consistently good quality. It also acts as a tool to streamline their processes and make them more efficient at what they do."

Specialist Freight Networks has now earned the right to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau ISO 9001:2015 certification mark to demonstrate its conformance to the standard. ISO is an internationally recognised standard and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

Specialist Freight Networks has shown that it has good service reliability and process controls, which means lower costs for its customers.
