SFN Members joined a fun, ice-breaking event at the SFN Member Meeting in Thailand. Unique to SFN, the team building session takes place every year, and is a great way for the delegates to get to know one another in a relaxed environment. Kelly Bunyan, SFN Managing Director, teaches the class. As Chief Instructor at KB Fitness Martial Arts Academy in London UK, she is perfectly placed to provide her Members with a unique team building session. Fitness is not a requirement: just the willingness to have fun!

Kelly says, "With over 30 years of experience in the Martial Arts, I was delighted to once again pass some of my knowledge onto our members, in a fun and engaging event. SFN members split into 4 teams, learnt some practical self-defence moves, and we incorporated races to add the competition element. There was wonderful energy, with each delegate cheering on their team mates and lots of laughter and high fives! It's a great way to kick off our meeting."

One participant said, "I didn't really know what to expect, but the team building was so much fun! Kelly kept us all safe whilst showing us some self defence techniques. It was easy to pick up and fun to practice. It was definitely a unique way to break the ice and I felt like I had made friends after just 45 minutes of racing and laughing together.
