We were delighted to speak to Allen Cheng, Manager at Ningbo Green, who told us more about his career and time in the network:
When did you start your career in freight forwarding?
"I started in 2004. And I am in SFN 10 years now!"
What are your company's main strengths?
"Southeast, Middle East, and the Red Sea, but we are spreading to new areas."
What are the main challenges facing independent freight forwarders, and does the network help you combat these?
"Definitely! It is hard to develop new clients, so first of all, networking enables us to meet more and more new friends in the industry. Through the network, more agents cooperate with me for a long time after they cooperate with me for the first time. They can feel my team is active and trustable, so they continue to work with us."
What would you like to share with the network, on your 10th SFN anniversary?
"The main thing that I want to say: do test our service. If you need an active, professional, trustable and stable agent in China, please consider us. I know there are a lot of forwarders but I think we are elite. I cooperate for a long time with my partners; many over 10 years and most is about 17 years! We are looking for strong, long-term cooperation."
