SFN member ZHL Logistics in China recently shared some of their regular team building activities. Lika Gao, Overseas Director, told us more:

"Thanks for the opportunity to give more information to our fellow members about ZHL overseas team building.

We have our "Happiness group" to initiate and hold the activities every month to practise our slogan “Wonderful ZHL, Happy Life”. Like the birthday party for every staff who are birthed in same month, we go out for team building and intensive the team spirits.

We watch movies together about Women Power (all overseas staff are girls/ladies), we plant the Succulent plants to make our office more lovely.

The aim for all these activities is to make our daily life more happy and work for happy and happy during happiness."

Jess Baker, SFN Operations Manager, said: "It's lovely to hear about this company initiative at ZHL where they put time and effort into creating a happy and positive company culture. We certainly have the same approach at SFN Head Office; our small, dedicated team enjoy our work and love connecting with our members."
