World Ocean Cargo Iberica (WOCI), SFN members in Spain, have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Helia Rocha at WOC told us more: "We confirmed on December 2022 to a consultant company that we wanted to have ISO 9001:2015 certificate by 2023. We have been preparing documents related to management, employees, manuals, laws related to freight forwarders, plans, procedures, registrations, and tables, from January to June 2023.

On May all WOCI team got a course for the ISO 9001:2015. Then in June 2023 we had the internal Audit and external Audit Phase I. By July 2023, we had the 2nd phase of external Audit without any non conformity.

This certificate has all the requirements to our company to guarantee the quality of our services. Every year we will have the preparation period and after the audits."

SFN Operations Manager, Jess Baker, said: "As an ISO certified network ourselves, we have personal experience of how thorough and exacting the ISO assessment process is. We pride ourselves on accepting applications to the network only from excellent companies, who provide a top level service.
