Each year, at our annual member meeting, SFN Members join in an ice-breaking team building event. Unique to SFN, this session is a great way for the delegates to get to know one another in a fun, relaxed environment. Click on the image below to watch a video showing highlights from the class:

SFN Managing Director Kelly Bunyan is Chief Instructor at KB Fitness Martial Arts Academy in London UK, so she is perfectly placed to teach the class. Fitness is not a requirement: just the willingness to join in and have fun!

Kelly says, "I have been training in the martial arts for more than 30 years and I was once again delighted to pass some of my knowledge onto the SFN members, in a relaxed environment. I teach practical self-defence moves, also incorporating games and races. Our 4 teams compete for points, with lots of laughter! There was wonderful energy, with each delegate cheering on their team mates and giving each other high fives! It's such a great way to kick off our meeting."

One participant said, "This was my third year doing the team building and it gets better every year! The moves are easy to follow and fun to practice - and of course the games add excitement as everyone plays to win whilst cheering at the end of each game. It is a very unique way to get to know your fellow delegates! I would recommend everyone join us and attend next year's event. It's really so much fun."
