SFN Member in India Gives TED Talk

Our SFN Member Chaitaly Mehta of EKF Global Logistics, India, recently gave a TED Talk.

TED's website states: "TED is a non-profit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.

TEDx was created in the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading.” It supports independent organizers who want to create a TED-like event in their own community."

Chaitaly's talk was presented to a local audience at TEDxVersovaWomen, an independent event. Click on the image below to watch the talk:

Chaitaly told us: "I was invited to speak in December 2019 by a local chapter of the Ted Talk called TedX Versova in Mumbai. The topic was Intersections, and I had to speak about my journey of who I was and how I have reached where I have: essentially, my story.

I was extremely delighted because being invited as a Ted Talk speaker is fantastic. I am very pleased to share this with our fellow members."

Congratulations to Chaitaly on this wonderful achievement.
